One subscription unlocks the platform. A prepaid wallet pays Meta's real per-message rate: pass-through, with no inflated markup and no charge for messages that fail.
All prices exclude GST. 18% GST is added on top, and the exact total you will be charged is shown at checkout before you pay. Message charges are billed separately from your prepaid wallet at Meta's per-message rates; GST on the wallet is charged when you top it up, not again per message.

No charge for failures
We capture the actual cost only when Meta confirms a billable delivery. Failed or undelivered messages cost you nothing, and unused campaign reservations are released.

Can I try it before I pay?
No. NaWaBiz is pay-and-use, so there's no free period to sign up for. Pick the plan that fits, pay for the cycle and you're live the same day. Take the monthly cycle if you'd rather not commit; you can cancel any time and there's no lock-in. Message charges are separate and come out of your prepaid wallet at Meta's rates.
Do you charge per agent?
No hidden per-seat tax. The number of agents you can add is set by your plan's limit, shown on each plan above.
Can I change plans or cancel?

What are Meta's per-message charges?
